Names many servers share

Tool names are nearly always unique to one server, so the handful that repeat are the closest thing MCP has to a convention. Each of these is exposed by more than one server, and the definitions behind a shared name are often not the same.

What is in here

Every tool from the last successful probe of every reachable server in the registry: the name, what it claims to do, the parameters it takes, and a SHA-256 hash of the definition.

Descriptions and schemas are reproduced as the server published them. They are claims by the server's author, not anything Toolpin verified, and a tool that says it only reads may do anything at all. What we can tell you is whether that claim has changed since we first recorded it.

Servers behind authentication are in the catalog but not in this index: we do not hold credentials, so we never see their tool lists. See how we monitor.
